Home Alone

Well, not exactly.

My parents took a 10 day trip to China this month, which left my brothers and me to watch the house and the animals. An interesting experience, especially since it's never been just me and my brothers. At first it was strange. Both of them are fairly introverted and spend large amounts of time on their computers playing games. I'm an introvert, but to a lesser extent and need human interaction (face to face) throughout my day. By day 3 I was going a bit loopy and was grateful to have lunch out with Raelene. (yay Panera!)

I had a break in the middle of the trip. Tad came up on Father's Day to take me to Mission. We went out to Red Lobster for lunch after and hung out around college area til dinner time. Tad spent the night in our guestroom and we spent my birthday in LA (see other blog post for details). I had several errands throughout the week, went apartment hunting with Tad on Saturday, and went to church with Raelene on Sunday.

The most fun part about the time with the boys was our excursions out to eat. We made a trip to Wendy's, one to Chick Fil A, several to Taco Bell, and one to Phil's Barbeque.

I love my brothers, but was definitely pleased when my parents arrived home late Sunday evening. :)
